How to tell us if something on this site is yours and should not be here.
Where the listing photographs come from
Property photographs and listing descriptions on this site are supplied through the Multiple Listing Service and are displayed under the terms that govern that feed. They remain the property of the photographer, the listing agent or the brokerage that produced them. They are shown here to market properties, and for no other purpose.
If a listing is withdrawn or its photographs are replaced, this site picks that up on its next scheduled update and removes what is no longer published. If something needs to come down sooner than that, say so and it will be removed by hand.
If you believe your work is being infringed
Tell us and it will be looked at straight away. The quickest route is a telephone call to (256) 506-0364; a written notice can be sent through the contact page or by post to the address below.
What a notice needs to contain
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a complete notice includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or somebody authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site, specific enough to find it — the page address and, for a photograph, which one.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address. It should identify the material and where it appeared, and include a statement under penalty of perjury to that effect, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district.
Repeat infringement
Material that is the subject of a valid notice is removed, and content from a source that repeatedly infringes will not be carried.
