Who runs this site

This website is published by Ronnie Trammell, a real estate agent licensed in the State of Alabama and affiliated with South Towne Realtors.  Using the site means you accept the terms on this page.

What this site is

It is an information website.  Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional legal, tax, financial or appraisal advice.  A property page, a price, an estimate of value or an answer from the website assistant is a starting point for a conversation — not something to sign, spend or rely on by itself.

No agency relationship is created by reading this site, sending the contact form, or talking to the assistant.  Representation begins only when it is agreed in writing.

Property listings

Listing information shown here is drawn from the Multiple Listing Service and is refreshed automatically.  It is believed accurate but is not guaranteed: properties sell, prices change, and details are entered by the listing agent rather than by this site.  Square footage, lot size, room counts, school assignments and tax figures should be independently verified before you rely on them for a decision.

Listings marketed by other brokerages may appear here.  That does not mean they are represented by Ronnie Trammell.

The website assistant

The assistant answers from what is published on this site and from the live listing feed.  It does not negotiate, it cannot commit Ronnie Trammell to anything, and where it does not know something it is built to say so rather than guess.  Treat what it says the way you would treat a helpful note from the office: a good indication, and worth confirming.

Using the content

Where this site links somewhere else — a map, a lender, a county office — that site has its own terms and its own privacy practices, and this one has no control over either.
